Hugh has come a long way from his days as a rower at Cambridge University. He was one of the top comedy actors in Britian. If you have ever watched him in "Black Adder" you could see that he was going places. Did you know that in his early acting career he wrote a book? A parody on spy films, his book "The Gun Seller" was a mild success. At first he was embarrassed to have his real name on the cover but his agent convinced him that he had a name in the TV world that would help sell the book and it did.
